Integrative Soft Tissue Release

Integrative Fascial Release is a form of Somatic Bodywork. The myofascial is utilised to create a somatic approach allows for a differing relationship with the body.  Myofascial surrounds every muscle fibre, every muscle group, creating the space through which muscles move in relationship to one another. When muscles glue or adhere to one another, function is impeded and the structure of the body suffers. IFR focuses upon three myofascial releasing methods: autonomous nervous system release, movement and mechanical releases. Treating holistically and three dimensionally, treatment approaches for physiological dysfunctions utilizes deep tissue remedial techniques along with direct osteopathic approaches that focus upon the autonomic nervous system. This combination has been extremely successful for all sorts of soft-tissue disorders.
