Each serve contains: Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG) 5 g Lactobacillus plantarum 299v 20 billion CFU (organisms)
Adults: Add 2 ½ metric teaspoons (5 g) to 200 mL of water and stir until dissolved. Take once daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
