Active vitamin B6 and B12 are included to help maintain a healthy nervous system, mood and stress response.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Each dose (3.5 g) contains: Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag® - Magnesium bisglycinate) 1.5 g Equivalent Magnesium 150 mg Taurine 300 mg Glutamine 250 mg Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 150 mg Acetyl levocarnitine hydrochloride (Acetyl-L-Carnitine) 59 mg Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 25 mg Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 25 mg Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium) 1.3 mg Equivalent Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 950 micrograms Chromium nicotinate 125 micrograms Equivalent Chromium 12.5 micrograms Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin) (Vitamin B12) 75 micrograms Selenomethionine 31.3 micrograms Equivalent Selenium 12.5 micrograms

DIRECTIONS:

Children 2 to 4 years: Add 1/2 metric teaspoon (1.75 g) to 50 mL of water or juice, or to taste, twice daily. Children 5 to 12 years: Add 1 metric teaspoon (3.5 g) to 100 mL of water or juice, or to taste, twice daily. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
