To make Lemon Balm Tea, place 1 teaspoon of dried lemon balm leaves into one cup of boiled water. If you are using fresh leaves, make sure you first wash them to remove dirt and debris. Let the mix steep for about 8-10 minutes depending on how strong you want the flavour to be. Lemon Balm Tea can also be combined with other medicinal plants such as peppermint for digestive issues and valerian for sleep issues.
