ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Natural fish oil 4.6 g Equivalent Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 826 mg Equivalent Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 550 mg d-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate 12 mg Equivalent d-alpha-Tocopherol 17 IU Per metric teaspoon

DIRECTIONS:

Shake well before use. Mix into juice or water, or take directly off the spoon. Children 0 to 2 years: Take 1/2 metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) once daily. Children 2 to 5 years: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5.0 mL) once daily. Children 5 to 12 years: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5.0 mL) twice daily. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
