P-Liftassists in the management of premenstrual tension, relieving symptoms such as irritability, mood swings, tiredness and breast tenderness. P-Lift contains an extract equivalent to 2.0 grams of Vitex agnus-castus fruit which assists in the regulation of the menstrual cycle and healthy hormonal balance. Iodine, a component of thyroid hormones, alongside zinc, vitamin E and vitamin B6, are important for normal, healthy female reproductive system health.
