No Bloat Tea
Peppermint, Fennel and Liquorice.
These are three well known anti bloat remedies that together make a delicious tea that can reduce that uncomfortable bloated feeling after meals. Take before, during or after a meal.
Simply place one teaspoon of herb per cup into an infuser, tea pot or coffee plunger, pour over boiling water and serve in 3 – 5 minutes.
